The Chibson team ventured back to Anaheim, California for another exciting live appearance and demo at this year's NAMM show. Having worked previously with Italian guitar builders, Paoletti Guitars on two installments of Chibson's video series The Chib Challenge, it made sense to join forces this year for NAMM show. Typically, NAMM is a gathering for music companies and vendors to see all of the latest innovations that the music world has to offer, sprinkled with a who's who of celebrity guitarists and influencers. This is why Chibson did not hesitate when granted the opportunity to demonstrate not one, not two...but three different instruments. If you are familiar with Chibson's Chib Challenge series, you may be familiar with the episodes that feature the "Warlocking" puzzle piece guitars. If you are not familiar, think of two puzzle piece shaped instruments that can actually fit together (reminiscent of Michael Angelo Batio's mirrored guitars). In the weeks leading up to NAMM, Chibson also released a video with their now infamous "Table Leaf Guitar" which functions much like a dinner table at a holiday when extended family are due in town. Chibson spared no expense by hiring famed guitar influencer Derek of Masters of Shred to handle the guitar shredding duties on both sets of instruments.
With Chibson's CEO, Jason USA handling the MC duties and Marky from Gear Dogs serving as the "Ring Girl" the Chibson team would go on to make history with legendary guitar demonstrations. Talk about a value... 3 guitars demos for the price of two! It goes without saying that Chibson USA proved that they had the most informative and economical guitar demo at NAMM 2024.
